TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES
of PetRhein GmbH (AstroPet)

These terms and conditions apply to the sweepstakes of PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the sweepstakes is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The sweepstakes is in no way connected to Facebook and is not organized or supported by Facebook in any manner.

1) Duration of the Sweepstakes

The sweepstakes runs from 08.08.2025, 0:00 hours, to 15.08.2025, 23:59 hours (Central European Time (CET)). During this period, users have the online opportunity to participate in the sweepstakes.

2) Sweepstakes Process

Participation takes place via…

and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered in the drawing.
Only one submitted registration per participant will be included in the sweepstakes. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase chances of winning.
Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge.

3) Eligible Participants

Eligible to participate are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes and employees of the Organizer, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if justified grounds exist, for example:

(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the sweepstakes, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair conduct, or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.

4) Prize, Notification, and Prize Delivery

The sweepstakes includes a self-cleaning cat litter box of the AstroPet brand of your choice.
The winner(s) will be determined after the deadline through a random drawing among all participants.
The winner will be notified shortly via private message. The winner must contact AstroPet (via the Facebook page) within 1 week via private message with their name, address, and email address. If the winner does not contact within this deadline, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the Organizer.
The prize will be delivered by parcel shipping at the Organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. An exchange, self-pickup, or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

5) Early Termination of the Sweepstakes

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without notice and without stating reasons. The Organizer will make use of this option particularly if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper conduct of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the Organizer may claim compensation for any resulting damages from that person.

6) Data Protection

Participation in the sweepstakes requires the provision of personal data. The participant certifies that the information provided about their person, in particular first name, last name, address, and email address,
