14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days to review your order. If something doesn't work out, simply send it back. We'll refund your purchase price.

How it works

1 · Get in touch

Send us a quick email with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return and send you the shipping address.

2 · Pack the product

Pack the product preferably in its original packaging. Make sure no accessories are missing. Include your order number.

3 · Money back

Once your return arrives with us, we'll check the condition and refund your purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

Good to know

Return deadline: 14 days from receipt of your item.
Original packaging makes processing easier, but it's not required.
You pay the return shipping cost: €4.99 for orders under €100, €9.99 for €100 and above. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
For defective, incorrectly shipped, or non-conforming products, we cover the return shipping cost and will provide you with a free return label.
You can return hygiene products like cat litter as long as they are unused. Once they've been used (for example, by your cat), returns are excluded for hygiene reasons.
