Which cat litter can I use?
We recommend our Catsplan cat litter Since it clumps very quickly and is absolutely natural, but other cat litter can also be used.
Fine -grained, fast -clumsy litter is best suited. Silica trust or coarse -grained varieties are less suitable.
Are self -cleaning cat toilets safe for my cat?
Yes! The toilet is absolutely safe to use. It is equipped with several highly sensitive sensors that reliably recognize whether your cat enters or leaves the toilet. As soon as movement or weight is registered, the device automatically interrupts every running cleaning cycle. It is excluded that the mechanism is active while your cat is still in the toilet.

Doesn't the litter box stink after a certain time?

- Add some used litter so that your cat recognizes the familiar smell.

We accept all common payment methods: credit card (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, Klarna (invoice & immediately), Google Pay, Apple Pay or Shopify Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you offer shipping outside of Germany?
Yes, we deliver within Germany and most EU countries. Deliveries to Switzerland are the exception - here we recommend partners like Meinschauf.ch or Border package, through which you can easily order goods from Germany to Switzerland.
