My pet is very anxious. What should I do if it is afraid of the machine?

Let your pet touch and get used to the five included tools. Keep the main device away from your pet during use and initially use the lowest suction level. During grooming, you can give your pet treats to create positive associations. Use the device in the off mode first to get used to it.

Can the Libra Series be used on wet fur?

Do not use the Libra Series on wet fur. Make sure your pet's hair is completely dry before combing and trimming it with the Libra Series.

Are the filters and sponges washable?

The filters and sponges are washable. They can be washed up to twenty times. We recommend cleaning them once a month or replacing them with new filters from our shop.

Does the hose need to be removed and replaced if it is damaged?

Yes, the hose is removable and can be replaced separately.

How do you change the brushes?

There are individual attachments that can be easily clipped on and magnetically adhere to the hose.
