Legal basis:  

Data processing for the purpose of marketing and sharing product news is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (1) (a), your consent. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter by unsubscribing from the newsletter or sending us an email. We may send you updates and news by email if you have previously had a contractual relationship with us and the updates are similar to the product you purchased from us. This is part of our contract when you order something from us, and this feature is only activated if you have not objected to the use of your email address and we inform you of your right of withdrawal in every email we send you. The legal basis here is Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 (3) UWG, our legitimate interest in marketing our products and establishing a suitable customer service. You can object to the use at any time by notifying the above email address or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email without giving any reasons, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

You have the right, in accordance with Art 15 GDPR, to obtain information about your personal data processed by us and/or to request copies of this data. You have the right to refuse your consent to the processing of your personal data and to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing that took place before the withdrawal.

- if we process your personal data to pursue our legitimate interests and there are reasons arising from your particular situation.
