To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated work student In customer service (m/f/d) part -time for a temporary position of one year. If necessary, the option is to extend the contract.
Your tasks
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and social media
- Solving customer problems and providing information on products and services
- Processing of orders, returns and complaints
- Close cooperation with other teams.
Your profile
- Enrolled as a student: in at a university
- Language skills are essential: German at native -language level and flowing English are required
- Communication and problem-solving ability are important to us: You are characterized by friendly appearance and quickly find a suitable solution to problems
- Teamwork and responsible way of working
- Willingness to work in a great, small team in which your work has a major impact on the quality and efficiency of our service that we offer our customers
- Ability to respond to customer needs and act in a solution -oriented manner
- Safe handling of MS Office
- Pets lovely and friendly
- Minimum availability of min. 3 days (Mon. Tuesday Wed.) per week, 20 hours
