PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION
of PetRhein GmbH (AstroPet)

These participation conditions refer to the competition of PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the competition is exclusively subject to these participation conditions. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way organized or supported by Instagram.

1) Duration of the Competition

The duration of the competition extends from 01.10.2024 to 15.10.2024. During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

2) Procedure of the Competition

Participation takes place through…

… following both channels @astropet_eu and talesntails

… liking and commenting on the post

… optional (voluntary): Tagging friends and sharing in the story

and agreeing to these participation conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Only one submitted registration per participant will take part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

3) Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a good or service. 

If participants are limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example:

(a) in case of manipulations related to access to or the conduct of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms of participation, (c) in case of unfair actions, or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4) Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The competition includes a Taurus feeder, dry food Tails & Tales: Perfect HorseDaily (4 kg), LambBa Zamba! (1.5 kg), Duck good, all good (1.5 kg), Still Fish in the Head? (100 g), Insect Reception (100 g) worth approximately 176.44 €.

The winners will be determined after the participation deadline as part of a random draw among all participants.

The winner will be notified promptly via private message. The winner must contact astropet_eu (via the Instagram channel) within 1 week via private message with their name, address, and email address. If the winner does not contact within this period, the prize may be transferred by the organizer to another participant.

The prize will be delivered by parcel shipment at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. 

The costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

5) Premature Termination of the Contest

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. The organizer particularly makes use of this option if proper execution of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the organizer may demand compensation for the damage caused by this person.

6) Data Protection

Participation in the contest requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the information provided about their person, in particular first name, last name, address, and email address, is truthful and correct. 

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for use by them.

7) Withdrawal

Participants are free at any time to effect the deletion of their registration data by withdrawal at service@astropet.de and thus withdraw from participation.

8) Liability

Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors are to be made exclusively against them.

The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor nor for the consequences arising from it for the execution of the contest.

9) Contact, Applicable Law

The competition of the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
