To strengthen our team we are looking for from now on Three committed Mandatory intern or work student in the field of e-commerce and marketing (m/f/d).

(Compulsory intern in full -time for 3 to 6 months. In part -time work student (20 hours/w) for 1 year.)

Your tasks

Support with the management and optimization of our online shop.
Cooperation in the product presentation and the creation of content.
Analysis of sales data to recognize trends and give recommendations for the range.
Participation in e-commerce projects.
Customer service tasks, including processing of inquiries and complaints via email and telephone.
Support in influencer management
Support in creating social media content and videos
Organization and coordination of marketing projects
Participation in trade fairs and support in implementing
Analysis and identification of potential for improvement
Care and update of marketing databases and documentation
Communication and negotiation with external partners and suppliers
Working and implementing marketing campaigns

Your profile

Studies in the field of economics, marketing, information technology or a related field.
Interest in e-commerce and digital trends.
Analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers.
Self -employment, teamwork and a quick grasp.
Very good German knowledge in spoken and written
Experiences in customer service are an advantage.
Affinity/interest in pets.
Openness to work in an international environment with different cultures.
