Astropet & Welldog
These conditions of participation relate to the competition of Petryin GmbH (Astropet), Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen and Travepet GmbH (Welldog), Klein Barnitz 21, 23858 Barnitz (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the competition is based exclusively on these conditions of participation. The competition is in no connection to Instagram and is in no way organized or supported by Instagram.
1) Duration of the competition

3) eligible to participate
Natural persons who have their place of residence in Germany and the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers: the organizer is limited and does not depend on the acquisition of a goods or service.
If participants are restricted in their legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not entitled to participate in the competition are all persons and employees of the organizers and their family members involved in the conception and implementation of the competition. In addition, the organizers reserve the right to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:

5) Early termination of the competition

The organizers make use of this option in particular if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or error in hardware and/ or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizers can claim the damage caused by this person.
6) Data protection

7) Revocation

8) Liability

The organizers are not liable for the bankruptcy of a price sponsor and the resulting consequences for the implementation of the competition.

The organizer's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
10) Salvatory clause
If a determination of these conditions of participation is or becomes ineffective in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity of these conditions of participation.
