Where should the cat toilets be placed?
Please ensure that the smart cat toilet is placed on a hard, flat surface without carpet, otherwise the internal weight sensors may not recognize your cat correctly. Place it at least 5 cm away from a wall and make sure there are no objects near the entrance.
How do self-cleaning cat toilets protect my cat?
To ensure your cat's safety, all our devices are equipped with motion and weight sensors. The cleaning process is automatically interrupted if movement is detected in the toilet.
How do I get my cat used to using the device?
Place the device in the same spot where the previous litter box was located. If possible, use the same clumping cat litter as before. You can also place your cat in the litter box for the first time to get them accustomed to the smell and feel. Then, repeatedly place your cat in the litter box when they are doing their business.
Are all types of cat litter compatible with self-cleaning cat toilets?
Our self-cleaning litter boxes are compatible with almost all types of clumping cat litter. For an optimal product experience, we recommend our tofu cat litter.
